Korin Jamison

Over the past 10 years, I have worked across multiple industries, aiding in the growth of both people and businesses. My career started in the customer service industry working for Atrium Health and American Airlines. As a Customer Service Representative at Atrium Health and as a Flight Attendant at American Airlines, I enjoyed providing daily support to both customers and clients.  My commitment to serving people led me to pursue a career in human resources. As a human resource professional, specializing in employee benefits, I gained invaluable experience in employee education and benefit plan management.

I joined Optima Financial Services in 2024 as a Client Service Manager. My focus is to ensure that every client receives exceptional service, so they are best able to pursue their goals with confidence and clarity.

In my spare time, I can be found enjoying my 1-year-old daughter’s company and attending the HIIT classes at my local YMCA.
